Early-stage · Curated discovery · Structured diligence
The VCReady Investor Council
A network of angels, family offices, and funds who prefer to meet founders after the homework is done — with a complete data room, a documented valuation, and a readiness score already on the table.
Why the council exists
Less sourcing noise. More decision-ready information.
Early-stage investing is slowed by incomplete decks, missing financials, and first meetings spent gathering basics. The Investor Council flips that order: founders complete a structured readiness process on vcready.pro first, and council members review a consistent, permissioned record before deciding whether to take the conversation forward.
Member benefits
What you get as a council member.
Curated, thesis-matched discovery
See founders matched to your stated sector, stage, cheque size, and geography preferences instead of scrolling an undifferentiated inbox.
Structured data rooms
Every founder arrives with a consistent data room: deck, financial model, cap table, metrics, and supporting documents in one permissioned place.
Readiness signals before the meeting
Readiness scoring and a documented valuation workbook let you judge preparation quality before spending a calendar slot.
Fewer, better first meetings
Request meetings only after reviewing the room. Founders are briefed on what you invest in, so first calls start at diligence, not introductions.
Activity and interest tracking
Track the rooms you have opened, documents reviewed, and follow-ups pending, with notifications when founders post material updates.
Portfolio-side pipeline view
Keep an organised pipeline of the companies you are watching, with notes and status, in one investor dashboard.
Council briefings
Periodic briefings on valuation benchmarks, sector movement, and readiness patterns observed across the platform cohort.
Co-investor network
Meet other council members for syndication conversations, reference checks, and shared diligence at your own discretion.
Early access windows
Council members get first visibility on founders completing a Raise Sprint, ahead of wider platform discovery.

Who can join
Membership criteria.
- You invest, or actively intend to invest, in early-stage companies in your own capacity or on behalf of a fund, family office, or syndicate.
- You self-certify your investor status and confirm you understand the risks of private, illiquid early-stage investments.
- You can articulate a clear thesis — sector, stage, cheque size, and geography — so matching is meaningful.
- You agree to treat founder materials as confidential and disclose conflicts of interest where they exist.
How membership works
Four steps from sign-up to first room.
Step 1
Create your investor profile
Share who you are and how you invest. Sensitive verification details are collected later, personally, by our Investor Relations team.
Step 2
Set your thesis
Sector, stage, cheque size, and geography drive which founders you are matched with.
Step 3
Review matched data rooms
Open permissioned rooms, review documents and readiness signals, and shortlist what fits.
Step 4
Request a meeting
Founders respond directly. Every conversation and decision stays between you and the company.
What the council is — and is not
vcready.pro is a discovery and data-room platform. The Investor Council is a membership network for information access and founder engagement. vcready.pro is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. It does not solicit investment, make recommendations, negotiate terms, handle investor funds, or take success fees on any transaction. Membership grants no assurance of deal quality, availability, or returns. All investment decisions, diligence, and documentation are made independently by members and the companies they choose to engage with. Early-stage investments are illiquid and carry the risk of total loss.
